Olas Altas Inn Hotel & Spa

Canadians with an infant toodler and grandparents traveling with little to no spanish language skills. Views are amazing and so is the staff. Restaurant downstairs is really good. We ate everything on the menu because we stayed for a week. Adrian was amazing and an excellent server. Check it was long, pool is freezing, rooms are decent if you get the 5th floor suites. Keys always needed to be reset which meant waiting in yet another line and going back up the tiny elevator. Bathroom light is motion detection which is so annoying especially with kids and the door squeaked, traffic is loud but worth every moment for the view.

Right on the malecón. Very friendly receptionist. I do recommend paying a little more or requesting the ocean front rooms. They have a balcony where as the others do not.

A fun time celebrating the new year with a great band, great company and dancing. The only disappointment in the new years dining package was the meat which wasn't very tasty. The shrimp was better. It was an enjoyable evening though.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a nice time. It is located right on the malecon steps away from the beach. The restaurant is truly delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner and has a happy hour from 1 to closing at 11 p.m. It is located right by the swimming pool which is spacious enough for kids and parents wanting to dip their toes in, it even has a slide. This is a high value, clean hotel to stay at in Mazatlan.

Good value for the price. Nice to have pool and restaurant/bar there. Attentive and pleasant staff.However, getting charged at departure for the coffee packets supplied in the room? Never seen that anywhere before. Left a bad taste in my mouth, like the cheap coffee itself

Rooms are very clean,housekeeping very polite pool is beautiful the restaurant in the hotel food is good this a very secure place but you can not bring outside food though that’s the only thing which sucks so do not bring your own or outside food !!

The rooms and staff are nice. It does not have the best location but the beach is right across the street (though there is a construction crew working on that place right now). The room was not ready on time and they did not like we tried to rush them: "well if you want it faster I could give you another one now but that one will not have the same ocean view" 2 different people told me this, as if they had that speech rehearsed. They do not allow bringing food inside the hotel but snacks and water are ok (this was not a big deal for me). The hotel has a restaurant outside and all the menu is available in room service.

A great hotel next to the beach. Beautiful view and walking distance to stores and the beach. Rooms are well equipped with what is needed and air condicioned.
